Chief Marketing Officer ANZ, Snacks and Beverages, PepsiCo

As CMO for ANZ, Vandita has responsibility for our consumer and demand agenda across insights, innovation, portfolio strategy, communication strategy, brand building, activation, media planning, and digital & data strategy for our snacks (AU and NZ) and beverages portfolio. As a part of her scope and with her team, she leads the brand strategy for our most iconic brands in the portfolio including Smith’s, Red Rock Deli, Doritos, Sunbites, Twisties, Simply, Pepsi Max, and Gatorade.

 

Vandita joined PepsiCo 14 years ago and has spent the majority of her PepsiCo career in the US within the FLNA business unit. During her time at Frito, she spent time across various Marketing competencies including Brand, Shopper, Insights, Media Strategy Planning and Analytics, Portfolio Strategy, and Corporate Strategy. She has also worked within a broader GM capacity, leading M&A transaction, integration, and business within the US business.

 

Vandita is passionate about delivering against the business results while constantly transforming the business and modernizing the ways we do marketing. Her key areas of focus in the AU business have been focused on digital accelerate, data centric marketing, building AO engagement platforms with the right content and content strategies across the brands, elevating creativity excellence, building brands that drive culture, relevance, and impact.
