Simone Gupta is Co-Founder of creative studio Supermassive, celebrating its first birthday this month. A board level leader and leadership coach, before launching Supermassive she was CEO of Havas Group's PR, social and entertainment agencies One Green Bean, Organic and Havas Red.
Simone is mum to nine year old twins - a smart, kind and neurodivergent son, and a confident, active and ambitious daughter who has begun to experience anxiety.
Simone recently launched the Australian Chapter of Global Women In PR (GWPR), an international advocacy and mentoring movement of 1000s of women. And was the founding chairman of UK women and girls education charity One Woman at a Time.
The ‘36 Months’ movement, aims to build a collective voice, advocating to raise the minimum age for social media citizenship from 13 to 16 years. Within hours of launching, it created a media storm and caught the nation's attention, garnering support from educators, parents, brands and politicians, including Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, in the process.
