Nikhil is a regional ECD at Ogilvy Singapore. Born and bred in Bombay, he has led teams across India and Asia Pacific to create world-famous work for brands like Ikea, Absolut, Heineken, Google, Guinness, Nike, United Nations Vaseline, Virgin Mobile and most recently, The Coca-Cola Company. Work that sometimes went beyond ads and became part of pop culture. Winning him over 97 shiny metals, including golds at Cannes, one show, Webbys, the Andy’s, D&AD, Clios, LIA and a Grand Prix at Adfest. In 2015, ad-age claimed he was one of the top 10 copywriters in the world. How they arrived at that sketchy data point is still up for debate. Off late, he's been applying his specialised skills of persuasion to get his 3-yr old to stay off screens. So far, it isn't working.
