Setting out to ‘change the way the world drinks’ Kristy is the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for the Non-Alcoholic brand Lyre’s. Spanning over 60 + markets, Kristy is championed with delivering a robust, innovative, and agile brand program that can sure up the future for Lyre’s, and secure global category captaincy. Kristy’s role is segmented into new market penetration, igniting established markets, delivering the innovation pipeline, global creative territory deployment all underpinned by strong commercial acumen and P&L accountability. 

 

Kristy’s deepest passion however lies with developing people and creating future leaders. Kristy is a strong advocate for promoting and harvesting psychologically safe environments and teams. Kristy believes that a true sign of an effective leader is not just doing the job, but how you go about doing it. Just delivering the results alone, is not enough, strong, and effective leaders should be delivering not only against the brief but delivering for the team as well. 

 

Kristy prides herself on being a continuous learner, having completed an M.B.A, Law Degree and other credentials that all aid her ability to deliver against the brief of Lyre’s. Within three years, Kristy and the team have taken this small Australian start up, to the No.1 globally trending non-alcoholic spirit brand. Lyre’s has won over 200 accolades including some of the industry’s most prestigious. Kristy believes, the incredible journey of Lyre’s, is tapestry of a premium product, a memorable and compelling creative platform, a beautifully presented brand and a team of outrageously smart, spirit humans who love to problem solve, as Kristy says, “these are my people”.
