Jenn has a knack for doing things that seem impossible. With over 20 years of award-winning experience at boardroom tables with Fortune 100 companies, innovative start-ups, creative agencies and in the field with NGOs, charities and impact entrepreneurs across 16 markets.

 

These days, she uses her unique skill set as the founder of global purpose consultancy, Uncommon Kind, to tackle the next ‘impossible’ feat of taking the BS out of ‘purpose’ so businesses and impact groups can get on with mutual solutions that society and the planet desperately need whilst growing practically, profitably and without being a clown about it.

 

A former BBDO Global Board Director, Doublemint Global Brand Director, Omnicom Global Integration Lead and APAC BBDO Regional Director for Mars Incorporated; Jenn gets the mechanics of business growth and creativity, having spearheaded the launch of a world first real-time digital innovation, SNICKERS Hungerithm, which won over 21 Cannes Lions and the controversial ‘How To Drink Properly’ campaign that won DrinkWise Australia BRW Most Innovative Company of the Year and consecutive years of double digit growth.

 

Recent projects include challenging the definition of masculinity with Movember’s world first gender neutral ‘Pash Rash’ cream; scaling training and empowerment programs for asylum seekers, at risk youth and indigenous communities; a market-ready impact solution for brands that includes a song to educate millions of children in developing nations how to properly wash their hands, create jobs for women in Cambodia and supply soap to Rohingya refugees; and launching a unique villa for business and impact groups collaboration in Uluwatu, Bali in August 2024.
