Jane is a respected and awarded creative leader, content marketer and change agent with over 25 years of cross platform media experience. She believes in driving her teams to take personal agency to grow and grow resilience.

Jane is currently Managing Director at independent Creative Media Agency, Slingshot where she contributes Unconventional Intelligence™ (UI) to grow client’s brands and deliver more effective creative and media.

She has held management positions at Are Media, Bauer Media, Australian Consolidated Press and Weight Watchers International after many years in creative agencies, The Campaign Palace, DMB&B and VCD.

In the last few years, Jane’s creative leadership has seen her drive award-winning campaigns for Holden, Amgen, Fiat and Wellington NZ and her brand purpose work predominately via an Activist Agenda she set up at Bauer/Are Media drove federal and state government legislation changes, positively impacting men and women’s lives in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Jane has also co-founded startups Moon Design (sold to Singleton Ogilvy Mather Group), On3 (in development) and We Magazines (publisher of The Hoopla and Birdee 2011- 2016) and sister communications where she currently runs a FSQ (Feminine Spiritual Quotient) program for senior female leaders.
