For 20 years, Adam has brought award-winning strategic and creative thinking to some of the world’s biggest brands.

 

Having led creative and strategy teams in both media and creative agencies, he’s now client-side where his role is to be a catalyst for creativity.

 

At Coca-Cola, he leads creative strategy and idea development for the Coca-Cola brand across the ASEAN & South Pacific region.

 

He’s responsible for the creation and delivery of creative strategy, ideas and concepts, leading a regional team of content managers, managing multiple agencies around the world and driving thought leadership and capability building across the region and globally.

 

While driving behaviour change is paramount, Adam is having limited success in driving behaviour change amongst his two real bosses – a six-year-old boy and four-year-old girl.
